Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all locations within India and offer international shipping to selected countries. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 5-7 Business Days
- Cost: Free for Orders Above ₹1,000, otherwise ₹100
Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2-3 Business Days
- Cost: ₹200
International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 10-15 Business Days
- Cost: ₹1,500
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These charges are based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and the selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: ₹100 (Free for Orders Above ₹1,000)
- Express Shipping: ₹200
- International Shipping: ₹1,500
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Level Men Closet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Missed Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for re-dispatching the package. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Level Men Closet is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. However, we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
