Exchange Policy

At Level Men Closet, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Although we do not provide a return policy, we offer an exchange service to ensure you get the right product.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Items must be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or do not have the original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Exchangeable.”
  • Gift cards, promotional items, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.
  • For hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear are non-exchangeable.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@levelmencloset.com to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Provide your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange.
  3. Our team will check the availability of the desired item in your requested size or color.
  4. If available, we will provide you with a shipping label for the exchange. Securely package the item and attach the label.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send the replacement to you.

Exchange Shipping Costs:

  • Level Men Closet will cover the shipping costs for the first exchange. Any additional exchanges will incur shipping charges at the customer’s expense.
